Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" — refers to the jitujp website accessible at https://jitujp.cam, including all pages, services, games, and tools accessible via that domain.
• "We", "Us", "Our", "jitujp" — refers to the operator of the jitujp platform.
• "You", "Member", "Player" — refers to any individual who registers a player account on the Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created by the Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding any locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded to a Member by jitujp that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total amount a Member must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and age verification process that jitujp is required to carry out in accordance with internationally accepted anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "WIB" — refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform scheduling, support hours, draw times, and transaction timestamps.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the jitujp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement; jitujp does not permit access to any person under 21.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or self-excluded from the jitujp Platform or any associated service.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or in a professional capacity as an agent for a third party.
• You must ensure that your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

To access the full functionality of the jitujp Platform, you must complete the account registration process. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. The opening of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. jitujp reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any associated balances or winnings derived from such Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be attributed to you personally, whether or not you authorized that activity.

In the event that you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jitujp immediately via the support contact details set out in Clause 15. jitujp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

jitujp is required to verify the identity and age of all Members in accordance with internationally accepted Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. Verification is mandatory and must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed.

To complete KYC, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (KTP or equivalent).
• A valid passport (showing the biographical data page).
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last 90 days) confirming your registered address.
• A photograph of the bank card or e-wallet account used for deposits (card number may be partially obscured, except for the last four digits).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document alongside a handwritten note containing your jitujp username and the current date.

jitujp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Documents must be submitted in a legible, unmodified format. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 hours (WIB business hours). You will be notified via the email address registered on your Account upon completion of the review.

All deposits and withdrawals on the jitujp Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are accepted: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time during normal banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits initiated outside these hours may be subject to a processing delay of up to 60 minutes. jitujp does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which jitujp accepts no liability.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on business days are typically processed on the same day. Requests submitted after 21:00 WIB, or on Indonesian public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC completion (see Clause 4). jitujp does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard withdrawal methods.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless approved otherwise in writing by jitujp support.
• Third-party transfers — deposits or withdrawals involving payment accounts not registered in the Member's own name — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension.
• jitujp reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification, or delay processing in cases where unusual account activity is detected.
• In the event that a deposit is credited in error, jitujp reserves the right to reverse that transaction without prior notice.

jitujp periodically offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to Members ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly displayed on the promotional page at the time the Bonus is claimed.

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., "30x rollover" means the Bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity window, typically 30 days from the date the Bonus is credited. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live-dealer games may contribute 10%–20%. Full contribution percentages are stated in each Bonus's terms.
• Minimum bet and maximum bet restrictions apply during wagering. Bets placed in violation of these restrictions will not count toward rollover completion and may result in Bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly permitted.
• jitujp reserves the right to forfeit Bonus Funds and void any winnings if the Bonus was claimed fraudulently, through duplicate accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Members may decline to participate in any Bonus program. Once a Bonus is claimed, it becomes subject to its stated terms and cannot be canceled or withdrawn before rollover completion.

All bets placed on the jitujp Platform are subject to the specific game rules, odds, and settlement procedures displayed at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you agree to accept the published odds and the outcome determined by the Platform in accordance with the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: Pre-match and in-play bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant league or competition authority. Bets will be void if the event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled before the official result is determined, unless settlement rules specify otherwise (e.g., bets stand if 80% of scheduled match time is completed).

Togel (Lottery) Markets: All togel bets are settled according to the official draw result published by the relevant pool authority (e.g., Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club). Bets must be placed before the published draw cutoff time (WIB). Late bets will be rejected automatically.

Live Casino: All live-dealer game outcomes are determined by the live game host and recorded on video. In the event of a technical error or dispute, the video archive serves as the final record. jitujp's decision regarding game settlement is final and binding.

Slots & RNG Games: All slot and Random Number Generator (RNG) games are powered by certified third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe). RNG algorithms are independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by jitujp or any third party.

• jitujp reserves the right to void bets if an error in odds, payout calculation, or game logic is detected.
• Bets placed on any event in which the Member has a direct participation or insider knowledge are strictly prohibited and will be void.
• Any attempt to exploit system errors, odds discrepancies, or game malfunctions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Members must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process; using stolen payment instruments; or providing false personal information during registration.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping, bonus abuse rings, or syndicate betting designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing offsetting bets across multiple platforms or accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether simultaneously or sequentially, for any purpose including but not limited to exploiting welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, screen scrapers, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or scrape data.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to facilitate any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Hacking or Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, databases, or other Members' accounts through hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
• Abusive Conduct: Abusing, harassing, or threatening jitujp staff, support agents, or other Members via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitujp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks.
• Technical errors, odds errors, or settlement errors that are corrected in good faith within a reasonable time.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account by a third party, provided that such unauthorized access was not caused by a security breach on the part of jitujp.

In any event, jitujp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jitujp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content displayed on the jitujp Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game designs, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jitujp or its third-party licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jitujp.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game logic used on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any third-party website.
• Use any jitujp trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that creates confusion or implies endorsement or affiliation.

Unauthorized use of jitujp's intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution.

Your use of the jitujp Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how jitujp collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that jitujp may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide Platform services.

jitujp employs 256-bit TLS encryption to protect data in transit and AES-256 encryption to protect data at rest. We maintain ISO-aligned data security practices and conduct regular security audits to protect Member data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

jitujp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• You fail to complete the KYC verification process within the requested timeframe.
• jitujp suspects, on reasonable grounds, that your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes.
• You request voluntary self-exclusion in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.
• You are found to be under the minimum age requirement of 21 years.

Upon termination, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited immediately. Real-money balances that were not derived from prohibited conduct may be withdrawn, subject to completion of KYC and pending withdrawal requests, unless the account was closed due to fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case all funds may be forfeited.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jitujp support. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened only after a cooling-off period of at least 30 days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and best practices. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and jitujp in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jitujp from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing breach of these Terms.

jitujp reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email and by posting a notice on the Platform homepage for at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease all use of the Platform before the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision date. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
